At Stuarts London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, you may return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

  Package the Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, shoe boxes, and tags are included and undamaged to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Label and Ship

  Print your generated return label, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point or local post office.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days and send a confirmation email.
